Mind Your Body Training focuses on catering to busy, ambitious women who are juggling many responsibilities but truly want to put themselves high on their list of priorities.

Individualized attention, a comfortable, positive, and judgement-free workout environment, customized training packages, flexible training locations, AND a complete training program for non-training days that you want to workout are all part of the MYB mission.

We are on the go trainers, specifically traveling to any of the following locations to train you, depending on your goals and needs:

  • Your home (indoors or outdoors)

  • Your apartment/condo complex fitness facility

  • Your workplace

  • The park or outdoor location of your choice

We bring ALL the equipment needed to provide you with an effective workout, so no need to worry if you do not have anything.   We are also available via FaceTime or Skype so you never have to worry about missing a workout, even while traveling or on the go.

We train our clients either individually, or in small groups of 2-3 people at a time. We offer 3, 6, or 12 month packages tailored to your needs, goals, and budget, along with following amenities:

  • Free first session for all new clients

  • Introductory rates for all new clients for their first month

  • Maternity leave for our prenatal clients

  • Membership freezing up to 2 months of sessions with some packages

  • 10% referral bonus discounts for each new client you bring in

Nutrition Game Plan

Nutrition is 80% of the battle in healthy living.  We will be your motivator and guide and give you additional help with budgeting, meal prep, planning, and support on how to eat the right portions and foods to fuel your body and fit into your healthy and busy lifestyle. We focus on balance, not perfection, to help you live your best life.

24/7 email support

It is said that people who have positive support and motivation when embarking on a fitness journey greatly increases chances for success!We will work with you to support, motivate, guide, and inspire you  to crush those goals and this includes 24/7 support.

Custom Training Program for Training and Non-training Days

Our training session together will be in your home or outdoors (weather permitting). The workout plan will be designed based on your goals and interests.  We bring the equipment to you and will use anything you have that you would like to incorporate in. 

The workouts for the other days when we are not training together will be your choice of either a written hard copy, or available via our online training app. They will be based off your equipment availability, time frames available to workout, and we will fit in anything else you enjoy like yoga, cycling, run clubs, or other studio classes and outdoor activities. They will maximize your results by having you work out SMARTER, not harder to get results.

If you choose the workout app option for our non-training days, you will be given 24/7 access to Mind Your Body's workout app that contains your workout calendar, video demos, exercise descriptions, workout tracking, as well as in app messaging. It takes out all the guesswork and gives you everything you need at your fingertips to keep you focused on your goals!
